MEXICO : 2 Dec. UPDATE: Worst Drought In 70 Years Plagues 70% Of Nation.

      The fertile and productive northern states of Coahuila, San Luis Potosi, Sonora, Tamaulipas and Zacatecas are suffering their worst water shortage in 70 years.
     Crops have been lost, some 450,000 cattle have died and many dams are at 30-40% of capacity. 
     Estimates of corn production...an important staple food...have already been reduced twice.
