BRASIL: Flooding Continues; At Least 35 Dead, 100,000 Homeless.

    At least 35 have died with over 100,000 homeless since late December from weeks of heavy rains.
    States of emergency have been declared in 60 towns in four states: Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
   Minas Gerais has suffered the most damage and deaths but mudslides have destroyed hundreds of houses in all four states. 
    More than 4,000 homes have been damaged by rising water and landslides.
