POLAND: France's EDF Chosen For Enea Utility Bid.

   Electricite de France, Europe’s biggest power producer, has been selected for exclusive talks to buy Enea.
    EDF, GDF Suez and the Czech company Energeticky a Prumyslovy Holding  placed binding bids to buy Enea in October.
    Poland plans to sell its third-largest utility by end of March.
   It called for bids for a 51 percent stake in the Poznan-based Enea in June.
  Poland is selling energy companies to raise 55 billion zloty from asset sales.
