Another video with Mario Gonzalez, who was kidnapped in Chihuahua, has been posted on the internet.
He is the brother of Patricia Gonzalez, the former top prosecutor of Mexico's most violent state. In the first video, he revealed that his sister took bribes to protect the Juarez cartel and may have ordered several high-profile murders.
In the new video, Gonzalez links the former governor of Chihuahua Jose Reyes Baeza to a drug cartel and implicates him in at least one homicide.
