CUBA: Gas Price Rises 10%; Now Highest In Hemisphere.

AP/ PAUL HAVEN/    The government hiked gasoline prices by 10%, a move that is sure to hurt the many private cab drivers. It was the first price hike since September 2008.
 Cuba's gasoline and diesel prices are at European levels and top those of Brasil and Bermuda.
