CUBA: U.S. A Convenient Excuse For Failures Says Hillary Clinton.
BBC/ U.S.Secretary of State Hillary Clinton claims Cuba's leaders won't normalise ties with the US because doing so would remove a convenient excuse for the nation's failures. Despite recent efforts under President Obama to improve relations, Cuba has revealed "an intransigent, entrenched regime." Clinton says the US embargo will remain until Cuba improves human rights.
