MEXICO: Juarez Narco Boss "El Condor" Killed In Chihuahua.
Luis Humberto Peralta Hernandez, 44, aka "El Condor", a chief of the Juarez narco gang, was killed in Chihuahua.
He was accused of involvement in almost 100 murders during the 9 years he worked for the state prosecutors' office.
