UKRAINE / EU : Prez. Yanukovych Pardons Opposition's Ailing Lutsenko.


    President Viktor Yanukovych pardoned 6 people...including ailing former Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko.
    Lutsenko...an ally of still jailed former PM Yulia Tymoshenko...was serving 4 years for corruption.
    Just last week...a Kyiv court had denied his appeal.
    The EU has long wanted his release.
