COLOMBIA : President Santos May Seek Another Term...But Only For 2 Years.

Observers say President Juan Manuel Santos is already running for re-election.
Santos, 61...admits that he would like to serve again...but only for 2 years.
He thinks the presidential term should be 6-years...with no re-election.
But that would require a constitutional change.
A close ally of conservative former President Alvaro Uribe is Santos' likely opponent in the May 2014 contest.
