      Later than usual heavy snows have forced Europe's busiest airport in Frankfurt, Germany to cancel 800 more flights.
     France and Belgium were especially hard hit.

     In Belgium...police say more than 1,600 kms/1,000 miles of rush hour traffic were jammed-up.
