A Chilean court ordered the immediate release of 3 Bolivian soldiers caught with arms in January in Chilean territory.
The judge said they would not have to face a trial.
Their detention had ratcheted-up tensions between the nations...already heated because of a long dispute over Bolivia's access to the Pacific.
