      Disgraced cyclist and Tour winner...Lance Armstrong is back in the news.
      He gave an interview to Austin-based Texas Monthly...and it reads like the same old Armstrong.
      He reportedly comes off arrogant...and unbowed about his cheating...even comparing himself to USA President Bill Clinton.

    Armstrong denies bullying anyone...preferring to 'use the word defiance.'
    He believes people will forgive him for being the biggest drug cheat in sports history...just like they did Clinton for cheating on Hillary...and then lying under oath.
