In a possibly severe blow to Brasil's critical infrastructure needs...a federal judge has ordered all work to stop on a new terminal at Sao Paulo's international airport.
The judge said proper bidding processes were ignored in awarding the contract that doubles the airport's capacity...in time for the World Cup...and Olympics.
The Guarulhos airport authority will appeal the decision.
