Police have arrested 4 brazen young thieves...who attacked cars bogged down in Lima's congested traffic jams.
The gang...called Los Coyotes...has terrorized motorists there since December.
They like to work 2 major streets in the capital...and targeted taxis...but even robbed cars that were moving slowly.
Police estimate they have swiped more than $46,000 in valuables since mid-January.
They are searching for 4 more suspects.
