LONG ANALYSIS
PM Viktor Orban has been fighting with his nation's central bank since coming to power in 2010.
Soon...he will finally get to name a successor for his nemesis...Governor Andras Simor. (below)
Simor's term ends 02 March.
Orban will probably appoint a loyal Fidesz party member...for the 6-year term.
The mere mention of Economy Minister Gyorgy Matolcsy (below) as future chief governor is predicted to spook markets and investors...a sign that the cbank is under attack.
Matolcsy has authored many of Orban's unusual and controversial policies.
Orban is expected to name the replacement at the last minute.
