      No doubt...defense officials in London are smirking over the news.
      The ARA Santisima Trinidad/Holy Trinity...a mothballed destroyer that proudly led Buenos Aires' 1982 war against Britain over the Las Malvinas/Falkland islands...rolled over and died while berthed in harbor.

      It had been docked and used for spare parts at a naval base 700 kms/435 miles base south of Buenos Aires.
      Critics say it is emblematic of Argentina's severe defense underfunding.
      The ship began listing 3 days ago...before finally tipping over.
