     Here we go...again.
Argentina's President Christina Fernandez de Kirchner is stirring the pot over the remote and disputed Falkland/Las Malvinas Islands.
She sent an open letter to British media...demanding that the UK abide by a 1965 UN resolution 'to negotiate a solution'...over control of the islands.
Fernandez resents what she labels the UK's...'blatant exercise of 19th century colonialism.'
PM David Cameron says only the islanders can determine their future.
A referendum is scheduled for March...in the potentially resource-rich...but sparsely populated islands.
Cristina may be trying again to distract her citizens...with nationalistic fervor.
She is under extreme pressure...from strong unions over continuing high inflation, from citizens and businesses over soaring crime and crippling currency controls...and from trading partners over her creeping protectionism.
In December...almost 300 businesses...in more than 40 cities throughout Argentina... were looted by angry unruly mobs.
