LINK CHANGE: For More Details
Because of late October parliamentary elections...PM Mykola Azarov and his 17 cabinet members have resigned as required by law...but will continue until successors are named.
Azarov, 64 was PM for 2.5 years...and could be reappointed.
He was recently elected as an MP.
Some believe he was pushed out because of his continuing opposition to many IMF reforms.
He has long been mocked by the opposition as a dry, humorless Russian speaking bureaucrat.
