State TV reported that ex-PM Borut Pahor won Sunday's presidential run-off....with 67% of the vote.
Incumbent President Danilo Turk has been highly critical of Jansa's measures.
Pahor had also won the first round.
Voter turnout was just 42%.
The election follows violence and arrests Friday...when a small band of hooligans... among 8,000 protesters...clashed with police in Ljubljana...during a corruption and anti-austerity rally...against PM Janez Jansa's government.
At least 20 were injured...including 10 police hurt by stones and bottles.
33 protesters were detained...as police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the crowd.
