     For naval warship fans...

     China has added 2 destroyers...and 9 other ex-naval vessels...to its maritime surveillance fleet...that sometimes harasses...and certainly distresses many Japanese, Vietnamese, South Korean and Filipino ships...and leaders.

     Territorial problems in the East and South China Seas will only grow from encounters with the expanded fleet...that now includes 2x 1970-era but newly refurbished destroyers... the Nanjing and Nanning.
     Both warships displace 3,250 tons...and are capable of 32 knot top speeds.
