Brasil's real hit a 3-year low today...2.095 per $usd...after President Rousseff reaffirmed that she thought it was 'overvalued.'
There is also a growing domestic labor shortage...as continuing record low unemployment...and new work opportunities in the impoverished NE...shrink the labor pool for nannies, maids and cooks among the poorly educated...and poor.
A proposed new law will only increase the cost of domestic help.
