RUSSIA : Internet Mocks Top Doc Over Dairy Driving Warning.

     The web's mocksters were out in force after Russia's top health official warned drivers not to consume dairy...and drive.
     Russia's chief sanitary inspector Gennady Onishchenko said that even drinking slightly fermented kefir...was dangerous.
    Twitter, of course, went wild posting pictures of kefir with the caption...'Kefir? NO! I'm driving.'
    Alcoholism is rampant in Russia...and so is drunk driving.
   30,000 Russians die in road accidents annually...equal to the EU...which has 3x as many people...and 6x as many cars.
    Onishchenko's comments has been ridiculed before...because his health concerns often track political disputes.
