COLOMBIA : President Santos Has Prostate Cancer; Santos Approval Soars To 63% From FARC Talks.

       President Juan Manuel Santos appeared on TV to announce he has prostate cancer.
      Santos, 61...said he will undergo surgery Wednesday to remove the 'small'...'not aggressive' tumor.

     AND:  A recent poll shows that approval of Santos surged to 63%...more than 18 points since August...after the announcement of October peace talks with the FARC narco/oro terrorists.
