This is fascinating.
Research group Consulta Minofsky released poll findings about the popularity of all of Latin America's leaders for the last 3 months.
Leading the pack...are Ecuador's Correa (80%)...and El Salvador's Funes (72%).
Near the bottom...were Chile's Pinera (36%)...and Paraguay's Franco (36%).
The very worst number was Costa Rica's Chinchilla...with a miniscule 13% approval!
