Is President Hugo Chavez crying 'wolf' again?
A USA citizen...'appearing to be a mercenary'...has been arrested.
Chavez announced on TV that the hispanic man...and former Marine...illegally entered his country from Colombia...allegedly to destabilize his government.
Allegedly...the suspect has refused to explain his situation during interrogations.
Many times over the years...Chavez has claimed the USA was trying to overthrow his regime.
The USA State Department has expressed skepticism...but wants to question the suspect.
