      A former wartime spokesman for dead Serb leader Slobodan Milosevic...Ivica Dradic...is set to become the nation's new PM...by forming a coalition with a nationalist party.
      His likely ascension concerns the EU...and investors...over Serbia's desires to join the EU.
      Dradic was Milosevic's interior minister in the 1990's.
      Milosevic died in jail while awaiting his long stalled trial for war crimes at The Hague.

     AND : One genocide charge against Radovan Karadzic...has been dismissed...because of insufficient evidence. But he still faces a genocide...and 9 more charges stemming from the 1990's Yugoslav war.
