Slowly...President Fernando Lugo is recognizing the children he fathered...while a Roman Catholic bishop.
So far...4 women have alleged that Lugo fathered children with them.
The 10-year-old boy he now officially recognizes was born to a nurse.
This is the second child that Lugo has acknowledged paternity.
Lugo, 61...renounced his priesthood in 2006...and was elected president in 2008.
He has undergone cancer treatment in Brasil.
