     The continued brazenness of some police in Mexico...is mind boggling...and frankly terrifying.
      In January...in a Lagos de Moreno motel...5 cops were caught on tape...moving 3 handcuffed and blindfolded kidnapped men dressed only in underwear...and their luggage...from the motel to police vehicles.
     The men from Saltillo...were later found suffocated and beaten to death.

    Meanwhile...in an interview with David Luhnow of the WSJ...outgoing President Felipe Calderon reports that murders in Mexico are down by 12%...and that his aggressive plan against the narcos is working.
