RUSSIA : Plane Crash Kills 31 In Tyuman, Siberia.

     Officials report that 31 Russian citizens have died after their twin engine prop plane crashed shortly after take-off from Tyuman in Siberia.
     12 passengers are hospitalized in serious condition.
      The French/Italian made ATR-72...with 43 aboard...was bound for the oil city of Surgut.

    An ATR-72 last crashed in Cuba in November 2010...killing all 68 passengers.
