Just before sunset...a massive fire blazed for 4 hours...from construction materials on the 66-67th floors of the Federation Tower in Moscow...scheduled to be Europe's tallest building.
When completed in 2013...the Tower will rise 93 stories...360 meters/1150 ft.
AND...at least 17 people are dead...after a fire roared thru a south Moscow market...also used as a residence.
It took firefighters 2 hours to knock down the flames.
A space heater may have started the deadly blaze...as the temps were below freezing.
