     Another day in Santiago...another student protest...that turns violent.
     The day after President Pinera delivered new tax proposals for $700 million on TV...50,000 students took to the streets to protest that educational funding was still insufficient.
     A small group of troublemakers later set fires and threw rocks.
     They were met with the usual water cannon trucks and tear gas.
