BOLIVIA : Morales Relents...Disputed Massive Amazon Road Project Is Dead.

      It took several marches along with violent and bloody protests...but President Evo Morales finally gave in...and cancelled a controversial $420 million Amazon road project.
     Evo accused Brasil's OAS of not complying with contract terms...and ignoring instructions.
