     To avoid a possible death penalty in Guatemala...Costa Rica wants its citizen...mafioso boss Alejandro Jimenez, 38...aka 'El Palidejo'...the alleged mastermind behind the murder of Argentine folk singer Facundo Cabral (below foto)...returned to Bogota.
    Jimenez was sent to Guatemala after his capture in Choco, Colombia. 
    Guatemala has assured San Jose that it would not seek the death penalty for El Palidejo.
