RUSSIA : Anger Over Corruption Grows in Novosibirsk...And Putin Gets The Blame.

      The presidential election is nearing.
      But in Russia's third largest city...Novosibirsk...anger about widespread corruption overshadows everything.
      In December...Novo gave PM Putin's party one of its lowest parliamentary votes... preferring the Communists in every district.
      In March...Novosibirsk's citizens are expected to punish Putin again.
