Police are blaming at least 69 murders on a gang that used mini-buses to pick up sleepy workers...and then proceed to rob and strangle them in El Alto...outside Lima.
They say more than 70 victims somehow survived...after being stripped and dumped on remote roadsides.
8 alleged gang members have been arrested so far...and 4 mini-buses seized.
