BRASIL: Beautiful Rio Has An Ugly Side...Decayed Infrastructure.

Several recent deadly accidents in tropical Rio de Janeiro...have critics worrying about its readiness to host the 204 World Cup and 2016 Olympics.
Decades of neglect may have finally caught up with tourists' favorite city in Brasil.
Ancient gas lines crisscross electrical wires for a lethal mix.
There are more than 1,500 abandoned buildings...making it sometimes look like La Habana...rather than Miami.
Observers say there is no city management...just many unregulated activities...that result in collapsed buildings, runaway trolleys...and chaos.
