     Because of soaring inflation...President Hugo Chavez has tightly controlled $USDs for almost a decade...strictly limiting how much citizens can hold.
    So a new foto posted on the web...of his daughter Rosines, 14, holding a fan of $USDs...has set off critics...and regular citizens...who have complained in the past about her spoiled and comfortable 'capitalistic' lifestyle.
