RUSSIA : Orthodox Patriarch Kirill Speaks Out About Ignoring Election Protests.

     Prominent Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill said on TV that the Kremlin must pay attention to recent mass protests over ballot-rigging and adjust its policies.
     He said it would be a "very bad sign" for authorities to ignore protesters.
     The Church is close to the Kremlin...and 70% of Russians are members.
