A wealthy Mexican has apologized for a beating shown on YouTube.
He was seen abusing his building's parking attendant in July...and the video angered many.
His lawyer says Miguel Sacal will pay unspecified damages for breaking 2 teeth.
He was charged for the lobby beating but remained free...after an attendant refused to leave his post and fix a flat tire.
Sacal was heard calling the man...'cat'/flunky...and shouting 'indios'.
Mexicans were also being urged to boycott Sacal's clothing stores.
