CHILE : Pinera Increases Raids And Arrests Of Indigena Mapuches After Patagonia Fires.

     Tensions are heating-up in Patagonia after President Pinera blamed indigena Mapuche for recent deadly wildfires there.
     Mapuche say police have made at least 14 raids and many arrests in the region.
    About 600,000 with Mapuche blood live in Chile.
