VENEZUELA : Box Score On Chavez Nationalizations; Mexico's Cemex Gets $600mn.

      Here's a partial but still handy rundown of major nationalizations during President Hugo Chavez's 12+ years.
     It was just announced that the 2008 takeover of Mexico's Cemex cement plants was settled for...$600mn.
    There are still about 20 arbitration cases pending before the World Bank's International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
