ROMANIA / USA : Secret CIA Prison In Bucharest...Is Outed.

     Former agents have confirmed that a Bucharest building held CIA detainees captive and often for torture.
    It belongs to the Romanian agency Orniss.
    An Orniss sokesman denies the allegations.
    The building at 4 Mures Street was codenamed "Bright Light".
