Brasil is still short-handed for workers...as its economy continues to boom.
Its November unemployment rate was a record low...5.2%.
There are about 2 million foreign residents legal and illegal immigrants in Brasil.
Many come from Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay.
Unlike the USA...in 2009...it began an amnesty program that allowed immigrants to become legal residents and workers.
