After returning from La Habana and his 4th chemo, President Hugo Chavez briefly reassured citizens that he was healthy.
"My body feels healthy, and I thank God and all of you as well as medical science, and what's even more important is that my soul feels revived, like it's been healed," Chavez said at a ceremony aired on state TV.
But he has been inactive on Twitter...where he has more than 2mn followers.
Ideological opponents...especially in Miami...continue to speculate that Chavez is not getting well.
"Allegedly Chavez's condition is very serious and he is not responding or improving as doctors were hoping," according to Bush administration LatAm specialist Roger Noriega.
"This means we should begin to think and prepare for a world without Chavez."
Meanwhile...former Caracas district mayor...handsome Leopoldo Lopez, 40 (above)... banned in 2005 by the top anti-corruption official to run for president...was cleared by a Costa Rica based human rights court...for the 2012 contest against Chavez.
Chavez says he will await his supreme court's decision about Lopez's eligibility.
