RUSSIA : 26 Sept. UPDATE: Medvedev Fires Critical FinMin Kudrin...For Insubordination.

                                         NYTIMES/ M Schwirtz

After the much anticipated announcement that Vladimir Putin would again rule Russia...comes even more fallout.
Finance Minister Aleksei Kudrin (above) said he would not serve if Medvedev becomes PM.
He claimed that Medvedev has spent irresponsibly on military affairs.
Now...Kudrin has been fired for insubordination...after a TV confrontation!
Though Kudrin was a decade long ally of Putin, the PM was required to approve his dismissal...and Putin did.

At the earlier party congress...PM Vladimir Putin, 58, revealed that he would run for the presidency next year...where he could stay until 2024.
Current President Dmitri Medvedev will step aside for Putin...and likely become PM after the March presidential elections.
BLOOMBERG reports that uncertainty over who would become president sent $31.2bn in foreign capital out of the country in just 6 months.
