Former dictator Manuel Noriega was granted a conditional release by a French court to be extradited to Panama...to serve a 20-year sentence there for human rights crimes.
Noriega, 77, has been in a French jail serving a seven-year sentence for money-laundering.
He also spent 20 years in a USA prison for drug trafficking, money laundering and racketeering.
Noriega is reportedly anxious to return to Panama as soon as possible.
