An ex-con in Pindobacu, Salvador...hired by a woman to kill her husband's lover...decided to fake the hit...when the intended victim turned out to be a childhood friend.
Instead of a bloody murder...Carlos Roberto de Jesus...used ketchup as blood...for photo proof.
"I tore my own top, I stuck the knife in my side," the 'victim' told a newspaper. "He tied me up and threw the ketchup. He took a photo and delivered it to her."
The photo worked...and the ex-con was paid.
But the wife ran into the 'dead' woman...and her husband...in a supermarket.
So she called...the police.
About theft of services!
And now...though the 'ketchup woman' faces charges...she is famous...and may run for local office.
