MEXICO: 2 Twitter 'Terrorists' Freed In Veracruz.

                                             BBC

Two suspects in Veracruz accused of terrorism and sabotage for using Twitter and Facebook to spread false rumors about narco violence have been released...with all charges dropped.
Human rights and civil liberties groups had protested their arrests...and potential 30 years in prison.
Many in Mexico rely on social networks for information because the media often self-censors...after threats and violence by narcos.
