BRASIL: 63,000 Evacuate After Deluge In Santa Catarina.

     Three days of record rains have killed at least three people... and forced more than 63,000 residents from their homes in Santa Catarina state.
     States of emergency were declared in 32 cities. The cities of Brusque and Rio do Sul declared a state of public calamity.
