RUSSIA: Forest Fires Break-out Over 22k Hectares In North And South.

    Russians fear that new forest fires may make another August...uncomfortable.
    Last year, extreme heat and drought caused widespread peat fires and brought heavy smoke to Moscow that killed dozens and sent many fleeing.
     Much of Russia is suffering thru unusually high temps. 
    It has been 40 C/ 104F in Volgograd for 3 days.
    Stalingrad can expect 43C/109F.
    Officials say that wildfires grew by some 3,000 hectares (7,500 acres) to more than 21,500 hectares.
